Wilderness Camping Course
An Intermediate camping program for those with some frontcountry camping experience but would like to build their skills for wilderness travel, risk management and basic leadership skills. Courses run as a water based experience so previous paddling experience is also required. (kayak, canoe or SUP)
Paddle Canada certification is available - additional charges apply
Course Length - 3 Day Trip
Prerequisites - Some Basic Camping Skills
& 1 of the following paddle skill levels
- PC Level 1 Sea Kayak (or similar)
- Introduction to Coastal Canoe (or similar)
- Advanced Flatwater SUP (or similar)
With interest a backpacking version can be created however Paddle Canada certification would not be available
